01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the tya365 platform, accessible at tya365.cam and any associated mobile applications or services ("Platform"). The Platform is operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR").

By registering for an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the tya365 Platform, you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the tya365 Platform. tya365 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the tya365 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for gambling under PAGCOR regulations in the Philippines. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and illegal under Philippine law.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or participate.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tya365, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the tya365 Platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

tya365 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to tya365's reasonable satisfaction.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money features of the tya365 Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each natural person may hold only one (1) active tya365 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tya365 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to hold multiple accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses credited to those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tya365 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify tya365 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. tya365 shall not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

04 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, tya365 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC verification process requires submission of:

• Government-issued photo ID: Philippine driver's license, PhilSys National ID, passport, SSS ID, or UMID card;
• Proof of address: a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government document displaying your current residential address;
• Payment method verification: confirmation that the GCash, PayMaya, or bank account used for deposits belongs to the registered account holder.

tya365 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified in any request notice may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. KYC data is handled in accordance with the tya365 Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

tya365 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, USDT, and BTC. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. tya365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits made from third-party payment sources may be voided and returned.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. tya365 targets the following processing timelines:

• GCash / PayMaya: typically 5–30 minutes
• BDO / BPI / Metrobank bank transfer: 1–3 business hours
• USDT / BTC cryptocurrency: within 2–6 hours, subject to blockchain confirmation

tya365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times. All withdrawal amounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

5.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. tya365 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, to be deducted from any remaining balance, in accordance with rates notified to the account holder prior to deduction.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by tya365 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your tya365 account in PHP and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Only bets placed on qualifying games using real-money funds count toward wagering requirements, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• tya365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for promotions if tya365 reasonably believes bonus abuse, coordinated betting, or other prohibited activity is occurring.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings may be capped at a specified amount as stated in individual promotion terms. Where no cap is stated, standard withdrawal limits apply.

07 Gaming Rules

All games offered on the tya365 Platform operate according to individually published game rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before participating.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed to the Player and the result recorded on the tya365 server, the server-side record shall be conclusive. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or malfunction during a game session, tya365 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. Where reconstruction is not possible, tya365 may void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's balance.

tya365 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for non-live games, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live casino games are conducted via real-time video stream with professional dealers and are subject to the rules of the respective live game studio provider.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tya365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement authorities:

1. Fraudulent conduct of any kind, including providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting eligibility;
2. Money laundering or any activity in violation of Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments;
3. Collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
4. Use of automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an informational advantage;
5. Exploiting software errors or bugs — any Player who identifies a technical error that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game behavior must cease play and report it to tya365 support immediately;
6. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law;
7. Threatening, abusing, or harassing tya365 staff, support agents, or other players;
8. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code or proprietary algorithms of any tya365 Platform component.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

tya365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a financial institution;
• Request by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming program.

Upon closure of an account due to a Player-initiated request (not for cause), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard KYC and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus funds and any associated pending wagering requirements shall be forfeited upon account closure.

10 Responsible Gaming

tya365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and complying fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your Account Settings;
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum continuous session duration with automatic logout reminders;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (30, 60, or 90 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from the tya365 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for their stated duration.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the tya365 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of tya365 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of tya365.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tya365 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any financial losses resulting from gaming activity, whether or not tya365 was advised of the possibility of such losses;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors resulting from circumstances beyond tya365's reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, internet service provider outages, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your tya365 account data, where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, tya365's total liability to a Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

tya365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) as enforced by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

By registering for a tya365 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communications related to your account or promotions (subject to your communication preferences).

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the tya365 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the tya365 Customer Support team. If a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of formal written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority — namely PAGCOR — for mediation or adjudication in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in this section shall prevent tya365 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent Philippine court where necessary to protect its legal rights or the integrity of the Platform.

15 Amendments to These Terms

tya365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tya365 will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notification on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the tya365 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at tya365.cam/terms-conditions.
